Siden sommeren 2007 har Frank medvirket i gennemførelsen af 4 udviklingsprogrammer hos top 50 virksomheder i Danmark , og med deltagelse af flere end 2.400 personer fordelt på ejere, ledere og medarbejdere. Alle 4 programmer er gennemført med Frank som ansvarlig tovholder, og som gennemførende konsulent/facilitator på flere end 300 workshops.
